Hair ties & scrunchies

Stretch only as far as comfortably needed. Unwrap gradually rather than pulling the tie straight through tangled hair. Avoid wringing, prolonged soaking or strong cleaning chemicals when composition and washing instructions are not confirmed.

Bows & ribbon details

Lift from the attachment area rather than pulling on decorative tails. Store bows loosely so that their shape is not pressed flat under other items. Keep them away from sharp edges and concentrated heat.

Claws & barrettes

Open using the intended hinge or clasp. Do not twist the jaws sideways or force a fastening over an oversized section of hair. Check for damage or rough edges before use and discontinue use if the mechanism is broken.

Storage routine

Keep pieces dry and away from direct heat and heavy objects. Separate clips from delicate ribbons. If cleaning is needed, ask us for confirmed item guidance instead of assuming a wash temperature or material. Accessories are not toys; keep small parts away from young children.
