Order Changes & Cancellations

Plans change. Contact service@kiorvexa.com as soon as you need to correct an order.

Before preparation or dispatch

Include your order number, checkout email and the exact requested change. We will check whether the order can still be amended. Sending a request does not itself confirm cancellation; we will confirm the outcome.

After dispatch

A parcel already handed to a carrier may not be intercepted or rerouted. We will explain the available options, including returns where applicable, and discuss any disclosed additional charges before a new arrangement.

Refunds for cancellations

If cancellation is accepted, any amount due back is refunded to the original payment method. Payment providers may take additional time to post credits. Nothing on this page limits mandatory cancellation or consumer rights.
