Existing orders
Include your order number and the email used at checkout. For an address change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible; changes depend on preparation and dispatch status.
Returns & damaged items
Request a return within 30 days after receipt. For a damaged or incorrect item, include a description and helpful photographs. Please await instructions before posting a return.
