KIORVEXA / CUSTOMER CARE

Effective: October 19, 2026. These terms govern your use of Kiorvexa and purchases from Hangzhou Yuxi E-Commerce Co., Ltd.. By using our services or placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that interaction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Store use

Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its security or misuse other people’s information. You must have the legal capacity or required permission to enter into a purchase.

Products & presentation

Product descriptions identify the offered item. Images include AI-generated illustrations, and colours can vary by screen. Background styling props are not included unless expressly listed. We do not promise unlisted dimensions, materials, certification or suitability for every hairstyle. These disclosures do not remove your rights regarding misdescription.

Prices & payment

Prices are in USD. Shipping charges, discounts and taxes collected at checkout are displayed before you complete the order. Accepted payment options are those actually available in checkout; a display icon does not guarantee that a method is available for every order. Payment is handled through the payment services presented at checkout.

Orders, corrections & cancellations

An order acknowledgement records receipt of your request and does not override any subsequent notice about a genuine stock, payment or pricing issue. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment due. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement. Contact us promptly for changes; dispatch can limit what is possible.

Delivery & returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of the purchase information. Standard planning is 5–10 business days of preparation plus 10–15 business days of transport after dispatch, 15–25 combined. Return requests may be made within 30 days after receipt, without limiting statutory remedies.

Safe use & care

Use accessories gently and as intended. Do not force clips or overstretch ties, and discontinue use if damaged. Small accessories can present a choking or injury hazard; keep them away from young children. Remove items if they cause pressure, snagging or discomfort.

Intellectual property & external services

Store content and brand presentation are protected to the extent applicable law provides. You may use the site for personal shopping; do not misrepresent copied content as your own. Third-party links and payment services have their own terms, and we do not control their independent websites.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes personal information processing and the ways to make requests. Keep your account access details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.

Responsibility

We aim to keep information accurate and the store available, but maintenance and technical interruptions can occur. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory rights relating to goods, fraud or other non-excludable responsibility. Any permitted limitation must be interpreted consistently with applicable consumer law.

Applicable law & disputes

Subject to the mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes handled by courts with jurisdiction at the company’s location. This does not deprive consumers of a mandatory right to bring a claim in another competent forum. Contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern.

Updates

We may update these terms for future use and transactions. The version applicable when you place an order remains relevant to that purchase unless a lawful change or an agreed amendment applies.
